Working from our Torino, IT R&D headquarters, you'll play a key role in building and shaping key features that hundreds of thousands of Father.io player are beta testing, in a truly meritocratic no-bullshit environment where the most talented people could reach their utmost potential in the fastest way possible.

What you'll do: 

• Push the limits of mobile devices and create great game experiences 
• Build smooth, stable, and fun products 
• Develop features from design through implementation and launch 
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs of every decision and work with design on the best UI and infrastructure practices

Perform code reviews that guarantee code quality;

• Oversee technical activities of the development team

What we're looking for: 

• Someone who is in love with Father.IO and our mission to reinvent the video game industry
• BS/BA degree in a technical field such as Computer Science (or equivalent years of experience)
• Conception and development of mobile games, based on C# and Unity3D
• Continuous refinement and optimization of mobile games
• Collaboration with different departments (e.g. Art, Game Design, Backend)
• Conception of APIs, tools and workflows to optimize the interdisciplinary work
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals and problem solving skills
• 3+ years experience in developing Unity games and 1+ years in creating mobile applications
• 3+ years experience in unity C#
• Objective-C and iOS experts and/or Java and Android experts with ability to create Unity plugins
• An individual who cares deeply about creating outstanding experiences
• Someone who gets excited by tough technical challenges
• Someone who loves learning and is passionate about helping others
• Someone who's great at collaborating and can work well with others
